Please let our reception team know what type of consultation you would like:

• Standard Consultation – 15 minute appointment
• Extended Consultation – 30 minute appointment
• Family Consultation – includes either 2 children OR 1 adult & 1 child
• Follow up Consultation – 15 minute appointment with the same Doctor regarding the same condition as your initial consultation within 7 days
